A Contractor's Contractor.
Skilled Labor You Can Trust.
Josiah Construction works alongside general contractors and specialty trades across Greater Pittsburgh. Whether you need a full staffed crew or just an extra set of skilled hands for a specific scope, we show up ready, work clean, and hold the standard you expect.
Full Service
If your job needs a full crew, Josiah Construction can staff the project manager for our work and quality assurance. We can quote the job or work time and materials. Josh or one of his skilled teammates will oversee your workers and the job to ensure less hassle and high-quality results.
Just the Labor
Many of our contractor partners have the planning, project management, and quality control handled — they just need extra hands or a particular skill our team has available. These contractors book our team at our time-and-materials rates for a day, a week, or an entire job.
Professionalism Personified
You can always be confident when a member of Josiah Construction is on your jobsite. Our standards for dress, language, cleanliness, and prompt timing are second to none. Our team will match your processes and ways of doing business to ensure everything meets your standards.
Long-Term Relationships
We currently have three contractor relationships in place, always looking for established and professional partners to add. We have one to two slots open and are looking for a great fit. If you're interested, fill out the quote form with your information and we'll schedule a call to talk about fit and availability for a first project together.
Craftsmanship
Across Every Trade
The same standards we hold on our own projects, we bring to yours. Below is a sample of the finish work, tile, carpentry, and detail work our team delivers on the job.
