Josiah Construction is based in McDonald, PA and serves homeowners across Southwestern Pennsylvania. Whether you're in the South Hills, the North Shore, or somewhere between Pittsburgh and the state line — we've probably built there.

Every radius below is centered on our home base in McDonald, PA — 20 minutes southwest of Pittsburgh. Projects inside the inner ring get same-week consultations. The outer ring is reserved for additions, custom homes, and large-scope remodels worth the drive.

ONE STANDARD
Our coverage area isn't about limiting where we work — it's about doing right by every client. Closer projects get faster scheduling and tighter attention. Farther projects need to be the right size to justify the commitment on both sides.
Full Service Zone
Every trade we offer is available within 20 miles of McDonald, PA. Deck builds, covered porches, home additions, kitchen and bath remodels, retaining walls, hardscaping, custom homes — all of it. This is our core service area, and we prioritize it.

Extended Zone
We take on large-scale projects up to 40 miles out — typically additions, custom homes, and full-room remodels. Smaller jobs in this zone aren't a good fit logistically, but if you've got a serious project and want Josh leading the build, let's talk.

Our zones are guidelines, not hard limits. If you're just outside the 40-mile ring and have a major project, reach out — we evaluate those case by case. And if you're somewhere we simply can't reach, we'd rather tell you upfront than waste your time.
